RUN Clinton!! Keep running!!

Yeah!! Think today is one of the well spent Sundays for long long time. Used to go kayaking every sundays, checking out the perimeters on my favourite dancer and of course my friends. Kind of miss those days.. BUT the seasports club is so far away!!

Anyway, went to take part in the New Balance Real Run today. Covered 10km with different terrains. Aiya.. Show you all the advertisement.

The Route

Ya, many many people running.. Even the COA, the Commissioner Police is there, and more importantly, hordes of babes! Enjoy this run alot, nothing to think about, maybe that's why. Think I did quite well also.. HEhehe.. Oh.. I'm training for the marathon coming up at the end of the year. A good 42km to test my mental and physical strength. Anyone interested??

New-found tranquility

I’ve just woke from a 13 hour sleep!! I’ve practically nothing in camp to drain so much from me?? Where did it all go?? I don’t know..
Oh ya.. Reading magazines!! For the whole week, show you guys what’s interesting.

CHEAP..
A man goes into a bar and says to the barman, "Pint of best please."

The barman tells the man, "That'll be five cents, please."

The man is amazed at the cheapness and asks for the menu. He selects T-bone steak and chips. The bar man says, "That'll be 25 cents."

"That's fantastic!" says the man. "Can I speak to the owner, I'd like to congratulate him on his prices!"

"No," the barman replies," he's upstairs with my wife."

"What's he doing with your wife?"

The barman replies, "The same as Iam doing with his business down here!"

Time please pass real quick for this period, I'm suffocating, suffering..!!!

Happy National Day!!

A good 40 years have passed, and look at what we have now: The social harmony, the economic stability, the much needed education, the military potency, the ever safe environment, the high rise structures, the clean water, the organized infra-structures, Etc…etc…etc…etc…

I wanted very much to watch today’s parade, even on the television. Came back from Sentosa after a lunch and slacking at Sand bar. Perhaps I’m in service; perhaps I’ve grown another year. Watching the parade is just an action; I thought the significance and upon listening to the program also spurred me to some reflections. Of course, my interest in parades plays a part too. Please do not be mistaken that only people in the SAF have such thinking. I think many may have similar thoughts as all of us contribute to Singapore!!

Just say I’m happy with my identity; The Future is Ours to Make!!
