TURNOUT!!! sHIOK...

Hahah… This is one of the most exciting training I’ve been waiting for in ADA Wing. It’s a tradition when the seniors will wake us all up in the middle of the night and “have lots of fun” with us!! Here’s the description:

0245: TURNOUT TURNOUT!!! Everyone is to fall in PT kit.

02**: Shoutings, screamings, counts of push ups filled the still air in Air Force school.

02**: Change into Long 4. More push ups.

02**: Time for a run, no, sprint. Everyone is like panting like dogs already…

03**: Go back pick up SBO and sands cans (330ml of cans, filled with sand). Shouting continued)

03**: Fall in at the chin up bar with the SBO and sands cans on in the webbing. Instructions: Every chin up bar clock 240 chin ups. There are 3 of them. Phew.. It’s been reduced to 200 per bar.

03**: Time for run again with the SBO and sand cans this time.

04**: (Dramatic part coming!! The famous missile walk.) Reach hanger. Shuttles open slowly. Beams of light shoots out from the V200 armoured vehicles. Roaring of the engines tickled me. Lol.. Shooting movie. Missiles launchers lined in positions. Everyone to pick up one launcher, 29 kg each, about 1.8 metres

Rules: 1) Can only carry with your arms.
2) Walk in file formation, one stop all stop.
3) Once stop everyone must kneel and balance the launcher.
4) One side of the launcher touches the floor, one confinement, 2 sides, and 2 confinements.

****: Keep walking… Keep stopping…

****: Keep walking… Keep stopping…

This time encouragement filled the air. From the seniors, course mates. Can really see how some struggled, muscles already not listening to commands.

0545: END OF MISSILE WALK. Shiok..

Time clocked: 3 hours
I thought the physical part was not really important. The relationships between us is. It really touches hearts in times of adversaries when you give a little lift, a little encouragement.

The day continued as normal, except for the closer bonds. Lam still went for his gym session that day.

ADA!!!
