I hate the Seniors!!!
Life now has already become so sucky with all the waste-my-time rehearsals.. NVm.. I take it.. Now, comes the people around me are becoming a problem.. These seniors of mine, going to be commissioned in another 12 days, is beginning to put up the arrogant accent and attitude in them. I will gladly help them in everyway I can even if it is not within my jobscope, but if they come up with all the ugly attitude, MY ARSE..
As observed, humans tend to really "float" when his or her status rises upwards and they tend to forget the basics. Basics of how to treat people, self discilpine, punctuality, respect, etc etc... A learning point for all of us, reflect and evaluate ourselves often and make sure we do not sink into the "ugly quicksand".
Another point observed is how a simple decision could make an impact on others. For example, in the rehearsals, when it is time for our ceremonial dress inspection, the "!@#$%^&*" can actually forgo our inspection as he had done it previously. He just wanted us to change into the uniform, never mind.. We changed. Then, he merely took a few glances on us, approximately, half a second on each one of us then asked us to change back. He has no idea we went into a room that smells like rotting flesh from the tsunami, for the uniform, with the School Sergeant Major (SSM)breathing close behind us and not to say the crowd. Not that I want to bitch about this small little occasion of just changing in and out, it's just an example of how a "hack la" decision or "just cover my ass" decision can lead to so much, in this case just some hassle, maybe next time more could be at stake... What we ask for is just some justifications to the actions...
Well... Of cause as I said in previous blog, this period is good for value cultivation. I'll just take it in stride and this blog actually serves as a good way to let out some steam... Shiok... :)
